I don't mind at all! We are working on a tutorial on how this was built...we just haven't posted it to our blog yet... but for now if you go to home depot they have a tutorial on one that is smaller. Hi, Let's see if I can explaint this right...inside the box it is constructed with pvc pipe with holes drilled in it, it is watered from the top and drains down into the box. As for the soil running off....before the top latice piece is placed on top we convered the soil with burlap ...so no it doesn't run off... hope I explained that ok?

I did a succulent box for my garden this year and I have a tip for every one....those old decorative shadow boxes that turn up in thrift stores work really well. I found an oak one for $3. Mine has holes drilled in the back. I painted it and covered the front with chicken wire, before sifting in a succulent soil mix. I was able to harvest nearly all the succulents and groundcovers from my garden and then purchased a few to fill in. I mist it once a week and since it has been so darned

dry, I tip it up every other week and soak it. Tammy, I am going to have to try a floral box like yours next year!
