Birds In The Tavern: A Chair Makeover

Virginia B
by Virginia B
This is not a story about birds in a bar. It is the story of a chair going from ordinary to fabulous with a little milk paint and new fabric.
The before...
The fabric I chose for this makeover is beautiful with its watercolor birds.
The paint color... Tavern Green from The Old Fashioned Milk Paint Company.
Typically, you would pick the fabric first, then the paint. But, I fell in love with Tavern Green and went in search of a fabric that would work with it. The birds are perfect!
With a little bit of time, new fabric, and a little paint, you can breathe new life into a tired, old chair!
