Powder Room Gut Renovation

Last year, we gutted our 1982 powder room and replaced the wallpaper, vanity, sink, toilet, lighting, mirror, and floors {got all that? Ha!} Although we lived without a bathroom on the main level for a long time while my husband was getting around to finishing it, I think the end result was worth the wait!

The sink and toilet are from Lowe's {Kohler} and the lighting and mirrors are from Restoration Hardware. All trimwork and paint were done by the homeowners. Well, one of us...the other one just nagged and then took photos. Guess who! ;-)

Dude, that is mega-chic! Beautiful vision and completion!! But a question.. why did you have to take it down to the studs? (just curious) Thanks so much for sharing!!

Thanks! We had to take it down to the studs for a couple of reasons. 1) I KILLED the drywall with the wallpaper removal...it was a mess, and 2) removing a full vanity and replacing the floors...we figured we might as well go big or go home. ;-)
