What would you rather learn about - Woods or Metals??

Hey everyone --

We're deciding what topics to tackle for upcoming classes. The classes are designed to educate designers, architects, builders and interested homeowners.

What topic would you find more interesting - Metals for kitchen design, or wood for kitchen design.

Obviously we love both topics, but we're looking for feedback. Let us know!!

I agree with the first comment ... both would be cool. Though I think the wood one might work best first. Seems like you'd find more wood projects in kitchens ...

If you did both you could highlight the differences between the two and the pros and cons of one v. the other. That's something I'd be curious about myself. If it's one or the other, I'd go with wood, just because it interests me more.
