Exo, I noticed in the before pictures the homes are Stucco and the After pics have siding installed, right ? Is that stucco looking like siding? I am just curious since there are so many Stucco homes that look exactly like the ones in your BEFORE and they all are desperate for a look like your AFTER. Can you explain what you did to give these homes an awesome curb appeal?
We did perform several stucco removal processes on the pictures above. In some rare cases, we will paint the stucco to add extra appeal if the customer does not want siding or is trying to conserve costs. The first cluster of photos was indeed a stucco removal and installed of fiber cement siding. We changed the color scheme a bit to add some extra flair. the gable added stacked stone. The third cluster of images is a partial stucco replacement. We removed stucco from the panel of the garage on the far left of the home and replaced it with stone. Most of the other images are just before images and copies of our Architectural Rendering and we are waiting for the final images to come in to post the after photos.
