Re-inventing an old milk house into a guest house.

We've taken out the old windows and doors, pulled down the ceiling to expose the ceiling boards. We have access to water and electricity as this is next to the barn. Thinking of bunk beds with the bottom bunk to be also used as a couch. Room for a table, chair(s) and counter with a small sink and shelves for storage of dishes, etc. Also small dresser for clothes/linen storage. We'd like to connect this to the corner of the barn and have a small shower/toilet area. Any suggestions or photos of something that you might have done? Thanks!
