Flower Power Pumpkin or Making a Square Into a Round!

I wanted to start fall decor but was not ready for all the orange. I tried to buy a round foam shape but could only find square in our small community. This project would have been a snap to make with a round shape.
Can you tell which photos were taken outside and the one inside? I'm working on my photography skills. :/
Making a square into a round. Roll and press, roll and press.
Supplies; silk flowers, a stick, white craft glue, and a ROUND foam shape!!!
Looking a bit square!!! But I did a little trick to help make it rounder.
My flower power pumpkin. It's the stick that makes it a pumpkin!

This is a great idea - as usual you come up with the best and most original and easiest! I can see so many possiblities with different flowers and colors! So much inspiration - thank you! I can save you some trouble next time you need a big styrofoam shape - save your styro packing pieces, and using a hotwire, carve it into whatever shape you want. You and buy one online from the Hotwire Foam Factory website for $25. (http://hotwirefoamfactory.com/017_Sculpt_Tool.html) I've used mine for everything from making large letters to making a giant papermache of my son-in-law for his 40th birthday! The pictures show before and after I added the paper mache over the carved styro pieces. (excuse my cramped kitchen counter workspace!)
