Fall Décor in Cotton Country

I know what you're asking- where are all of the Fall colors? Where I live, Fall is about harvesting and ginning cotton.
If you live in cotton country, Fall is all about cotton. So I thought my first Fall mantel this season should be all about cotton.
A vintage metal tray from the late 60's-early 70's, depicts cotton blooms and cotton bolls. The real thing - fluffy white cotton overflows a dough bowl in front of the tray.
I bought three cotton boll sketches at a yard sale several years ago.
I used ready-made mats and frames for the sketches, and I've used two of them on this mantel, along with a couple of rustic looking lanterns. It seemed like my lamps needed some burlap bows to tie them in with my cotton country mantel décor.
