Creating a Silhouette for the Wall

I loved the look of the framed silhouettes, but I'm no artist! I found an easy, cheap way to do my kids' silhouettes and have them look framed, too!
To hang the silver trays, I simply used the command velcro hanging strips. It looks great on our gallery wall.
So, I bought two inexpensive "silver" trays at a thrift store for $1 a piece.
I had some left over chalkboard paint that I painted inside the inner part of the silver tray with a foam brush.
I had my kids stand against a white wall and took a photo of them. I printed up my photo and cut it out. The, I took a chalk ink pen and outlined around the photo.
Four easy steps.
