From Pallet to Privacy Screen Planter!

I wanted a little privacy screen on my deck and decided a pallet would be the perfect (and free!) solution! To freshen it up, I painted the pallet a cheery yellow and filled it with summer flowers and vines! Now it doubles as a garden and provides just the privacy I needed! It was an easy DIY project, you can find the how to details at The Inspired Room http://theinspiredroom.net/2012/05/28/the-pallet-garden-re-mix-2012/

Love the idea! I'm in shipping so I have tons of pallets. That's a great way to recycle them!

I see so many pallet projects and I like most of them. I love the privacy screen and I love yellow. The flowers look fresh and pretty. How can I go about findine pallet wood?

This is lovely! What a great idea. I would like to do the same thing for the end of driveway into back yard. Kind of set things apart that way. I will be off to pallet hunt tomorrow.

A lot of large retail stores(especially grocery stores) have their products shipped on pallets, if they don't return them you can probably have them for free!!!
