Must replace bathroom ceiling
-
The Garden Frog with C Renee on Aug 29, 2014You need to put in a good fan that will put out the moisture in the bathroom. In many places exhaust fans are required when you go to sell your home. I recommend 300 CFMs-they work for most bathrooms. It is more expensive but the mold and mildew will be significanly reduced. I put in 300 CFMs and I do not have any mold/mildew issues. as for putting tin in the ceiling, if there is moisture and it is tin rust could appear.Helpful Reply
