Water Fountain Project

Well, here is an update about how far with water fountain project that I am working on right now.
I just put CHEAP plastic, right now, when I added rocks or something is kind of pressure it into the plastic, so I might have to had 3 or 4 more layers but it looks beautiful, not the way I expected it but I like it. Then, after I will add 3 or 4 layers of plastic, I will add more rocks, I wanted like almost filled with rocks, so the water and rocks will blend well, but will that kill the water plants? How does water plants works?
Then, I will buy a fountain, plants, and maybe even frogs! ;)
Does any of you know where I can get rocks for free?
Then, when that is done, I am going to add wood around the top part, so people can set their cup of drinks on it, plus, you won't even see the plastic part if I added the wood top part. :) I like the idea of that. :)
I need more suggestion about this project! I love this website so much! :)
Also, I might be getting more woods soon to make veggies garden!! :) My mom's friend is giving it to me for free! I LOVE HER!! :D

Tyler, I am sorry but I know nothing about what you are doing or about water gardens, or water plants. I love all the things you are planning though and are wishing you success. :>)

@Tyler-after re-reading your post I would suggest not putting frogs in your water trough. If they find it they make it their home, but I am not sure it would provide them with a good environment.
