This is a piece of glass from the vanity set. There is white on it I don't know if it's paint or vinyl. You can see the scratch marks. Does anybody know what I can use to remove this without affecting the glass?
This is the applied side. I am not sure if it's paint or adhesive. HELP!

  • Kerosene & a razor blade do wonders on cleaning up glass though if that is dimpled glass you might be looking at finding some sort of chemical remover...

Thank you kindly. Husband says easier to buy new piece, it is paint and chipped.

@Julie Moyna If the glass is chipped already, your hubby is right to replace it. See, I'm not the only one looking out for you! :^D And I should have realized you'd know about the dots. I've been in pain a bit lately so it slows my thought process. Nothing worrisome, just the usual. I'm trying to go without taking pain MEDs and working through it naturally. We just got a new bed that I was hoping would help, but it's too firm. We went today to pick out a softer one. I laid on it for a half hour and got up feeling wonderful! I figure if a half hour can make that big of a difference, all night it going to be awesome. Not sure what I'm going to do for the next week until the new one arrives though. Thanks for asking about me.

I would try to gently scrape it off with a razor blade. Don't dig.

A tinfoil ball and some oven cleaner will do the trick. Spray on the oven cleaner (I would go outside because of the fumes) and scrub gently with the tinfoil ball.
