Scrap Lumber Block Pumpkins

I had an old damaged 2x4 left over from a bathroom demo and decided to repurpose it as holiday decor. I wanted something for the mantle that had a fall theme without being overtly halloween or thanksgiving.. so I decided on stenciled block pumpkins
I cut the 2x4 into random blocks with my chop saw, and then cut down a small tree branch to make the pumpkin's stem.
Paint and a quick stencil and the project was done. It cost me pennies, and took less than 4 hours (which includes painting dry time)
