Wooden Crate Project

I just love making things with wood. Here is a project that I did using wooden crates. I wanted it to use as a window seat for my cat but she will not sit on it. I now use it for my plants.
Before
I took 3 wooden crates that I purchased from Joanne's, some wood firing strips, a piece of pine and paint.
After
I first painted the wooden crates white and then glued them together with wood glue. I used firing strips for the legs and screwed them to the bottom of the crates. I then took a nice piece of pine, varnished it and screwed it to the top of the crates. I love using wooden crates for storage.

I painted the wooden boxes then glued them - looks like they'll hold.
