Revamping Old Furniture With Home Made Chalk Paint

There was old furniture left behind by the previous occupant. I was tempted to throw it out but hate to be wasteful. I took the MDF and plastic pieces and updated them with free samples of paint from Lowe's which I made into chalk paint.
A coat of off white paint accented by a light taupe coat on the drawers and I have a perfectly good dresser for my overflow of t shirts and Capri's. Unfortunately I always forget to take before pics when I start a project. I usually just jump in and figure it out as I go,
A really sad piece of mdf furniture. I put a coat of chalk paint on it and stenciled the top with an old stencil I had. I sanded it some to rough it up. Voila a perfectly good night stand in the guestroom.
