DIY $1.87 Kitchen Cabinet Feet From Curtain Finials!

At up to $60 a foot, I could not afford to purchase cabinet feet for my DIY Kitchen remodel, so I decided to make my own...from curtain finials! A year later and they are holding up great! Get the full tutorial at: http://www.atthepicketfence.com/2011/05/make-your-own-frugal-kitchen-cabinet.html

I love this look! I couldn't find finials the right height or width in my local stores, so I went online and was able to find a style that would work for 78 cents each! They were just delivered yesterday; I'll still have to add a little wooden disk to the top as they're a hair too short, and I'll have to paint them white, but I was so excited to get them! Thanks for sharing this tutorial - adding the feet really do make the cabinets look a lot more upscale! You convinced me. :-)

      Lisa,

NOT a dumb question, finials have a threaded screw on them you just turn them around screw them in with your hand.
