Family Locker Entryway Unit
Family of 6- we NEEDED a way to tame the clutter of all the book bags, purses, sporting equipment, shoes, books, you name it... You can see how it all came together on the blog.
3 separate areas for each of the kids.. I have a hook in one... and my husband has a hook in one... And well the oldest is away to college but he can share a hook too!! :)
This is what I sat with for almost 5 months waiting for my vision to be built out...
Made sure we had a shelf on the lower to make cubbies for shoes and baskets {looking for those}
Front view- 3 old doors, 4 antique table leaves as dividers, 3 chairs made into a bench, and lots of hooks... it all came together to create quite the massive Family Locker Entryway Unit.
I repurposed many things when building this but I love that I found new and old hooks to have a place for everything!!
This unit is 86.5" wide and my wall is just slightly wider than that. The wall height is 2 story so it needed something big!!
