The Perfect Clubhouse
Mike and I decided to take on this new adventure this past weekend on the mere notion that we didn't have a lot of good ideas on what to get our "almost" three year old for her birthday. Granted, she had a lot of ideas. Jezz this kid has an imagination! So, on a whim I told Mike we should just go ahead and build her "castle/playground/tower/playhouse/fort/cottage" (we're really not sure what to call this thing).
This collaboration was a little more difficult than usual since we had two completely different ideas. My idea was all "Sleeping Beauty meets Rapunzel & Fiona" where he was all "Dungeons & Dragons" or something. Who knows. So, we met in the middle, and decided on a tower, a castle of sorts, a bridge, swings and of course the most important part--the slide.
