Have you ever repurposed an old game piece? Look what I made from a croquet mallet!

I made hooks for my bathroom from a croquet mallet. I had purchased some old mallets at a yard sale and they were just sitting in the workshop waiting to be repurposed into hooks. For the details on how I did it check out:http://www.thistlewoodfarms.com/easy-diy-project-croquet-mallet-hook

Cute. We have a set that the kids played with when they were little, but it's still in good shape. I'll have to keep my eye out for an old set when thrifting. This would be great for the grandson's bedrooms.

I love this idea. I wonder if it would work with a bowling ball? :)

I'm gonna use mine for hooks like this since no one has played croquet for a couple years. You are an inspiration.
