Blue tile on the bottom half of the walls tore off wallpaper on upper portion of walls any help on top paint color?

Hi Peggy! @Z right a photo will help greatly! You can add one by clicking the upper right drop arrow on your post and select "Edit." Then click the blue Photo button and upload your photo. Hope this helps! :)
