Box Lids Painted With Chalkboard Paint

Love all the ways diyers are using box lids and of course I love the versatility of chalkboard paint, so I made some chalkboard painted box lids, with some Fall inspiration wording to boot.
Shoe box lids work well, but any kind of box lid will do.
Easy to do. Just paint the lids. Let dry. Season the lids with chalk. Wipe it off and then the lids are ready to write on.

As with any chalkboard paint project. The chalk can be erased and renewed.

Usefull for:

- Garage and yard sale signs

- Antique and craft booth signs

- Seasonal decor

- School room signage

- Lemonade stands...

@Debra I hope these work our for your booth. You can also hot glue a piece of twine to the back to hang on a hook or nail. Just make sure the it's not too close to the top. Sorry for the delayed reply and thanks for the sweet comment ~ Amy

I love to use old shoe boxes for quick gift wrap in a pinch! Just cover with brown craft paper or newspaper and decorate with crayons, stickers, glitter glue or whatever craft supplies you have on hand! Great for Adults and Kids !
