Thanks everyone!! Thistle-our floors are from Lumber Liquidators and are Knobhill Birch. They are hand scraped which causes the wavy look to them. -

Great job. I love the finish on the cabinets and they still give an upscale "farm house" feel. I looked at your blog. So glad you stood your ground and had doors put on both sides of the island. You will be glad you did.
