Vintage DIY Entry Bench

This is my favorite build project to date. I love that for $100 I was able to build a vintage looking church pew for my entry that also has storage! I was intimidated of the detail work required (being that I have not been building long) but, I was surprised at how simple it really was:) http://www.shanty-2-chic.com/2012/07/vintag...

  • Wanted to highlight the three glass arched windows so decided to stencil birds on pieces of wood and we nailed the pieces behind the windows. 1
  • We used old posts from our front porch for the legs between the two shelves. The unused part of the posts are going to made into lamps. The posts are hollow inside so will be perfect to run wire thru. 1
