Fall in My Farmhouse Kitchen

Fall has arrived in my farmhouse kitchen! A rusty scale, an old apple box and some dollar store pumpkins create a vignette on the farm table in the eating area.
The neutral green (yes, green can be neutral) and cream board and batten give the eating area of the kitchen a farmhouse feel. Add an old sideboard, an orchard farm and a big old transom window and the look is complete, no matter the season. But this kitchen seems to work best in the fall.
I started by digging out this old rusty scale from storage and placing it on top of an apple box which had been finished in a dark green. By adding some dollar store pumpkins painted cream, faux gourds and apples, the look was coming together.
A cloche covered cake stand is filled with apples, grapes and other seasonal vegetables.
The orchard ladder is dressed with my diy berry wreath and the basket below was filled with leaves and bullrushes - all complementing the wood tones in the sideboard.
The other side of the kitchen is dressed with vintage seed packet art - made by modpodging printed packets onto stretched canvases from the art supply store.
