Chalkboard House Number Mum Planter
I created this planter for my beautiful fall mums out of a vintage milking can and some chalkboard crafting supplies - it was such an easy makeover, but it ended up really adding a personal touch to the flowers!
These are the products I used - a chalkboard paint, liquid chalk "paint", an adhesive label, and some adhesive silkscreen stencils - the stencils and liquid chalk made it sooo much easier to change up the text!
You can leave the house number on the label year round, or change it up quickly to match the seasons! For more details and a full tutorial, including supply list, make sure to head to my blog :)
