How to Host a Girl's Night Out ~ DIY Style!

I just hosted my first ever Hometalk House Party! It was so much fun and we even got free aprons courtesy of hometalk! I taught my friends how to use a miter box and saw and shared with them some of my projects I have completed with this basic DIY skill. The evening also included great food and cocktails! Would you like to host your own Hometalk House party?? Visit me here to find out more!

Hi Christina! I'm going to be sharing all of the recipes on our blog on Thursday afternoon but here is the link to the recipe for the Olive Oil Cakes! :-) It calls for thyme but I forgot to get some at the store so I used rosemary instead which I thought was even better!

Oh my gosh, you guys are totally rockin' those aprons!! Beautiful photos, and what a delicious looking spread. I think it's great that you even got to share some hardcore DIY knowledge. :) Who doesn't love a woman who can use power tools while still wearing cute shoes. Thanks so much for sharing and for hosting one of the first Hometalk house parties!
