What is the best method of cleaning the grout on floor tiles?

Baking soda and vinegar. Soak and scrub with toothbrush

Rent a steamer. or use muriatic acid and a stiff brush. Just be sure to keep plenty of ventilation, use eye protection and wear gloves. Pour some on and scrub. Rinse with clean water. Once clean reseal the grout and tile using a good quality grout sealer.
