Creeping phlox transplanted this fall

I want to know if I should put plant food on my transplanted creeping phlox? Just transplanted them this week, and thanks.

    No, you should let them settle in and focus their energy on establishing a good root system. In general, you should not fertilize something newly planted, but wait until you see that it is producing new leaves on its own.

      @Donna Keeling If you have that long before the ground freezes, I think it would be safe to transplant them. You might cover them with good winter mulch to help protect against any freeze and thaw cycles.

    these are not my phlox,I took this picture off google images, because it said I would get more remarks with a picture...ha ha..no credit for this but they are like mine. Sorry, but I needed to know if I should put Miracle Grow on them this time of year. The credit for these are not mine.
