Can someone identify this tree for me please?

We am clearing an area in my yard for a new toy themed flower garden (using vintage materials to set the theme) and have baby trees from THIS tree popping up everywhere! I don't mind this mama tree, it provides great shade, but these baby trees are driving me NUTS! They are everywhere!! Here are some pics, a close up of a leaf, the bark, and far off. Is it a type of oak? I dont know, I am stumped, hahahahaha!!!!

I'm bad at tree ID, Angela, but it looks like a type of elm to me.

Take a small branch to your local nursery and they can help identify it and give you background on it.

Yes, some of them have a reputation for excess in the seedling department.

Oh yea, that definitely looks like an invasive Elm! Those little boogers will take over when nothing else will grow!
