Small Kitchen Remodel

Our clients wanted to remodel the outdated kitchen and add a laundry room, wet bar and mud room - all within the existing footprint. Due to historic district regulations, no new addition could be built onto the existing structure. We primarily accomplished this through choices of materials (soapstone countertops, hand-cut bluestone, heart-pine flooring) and vintage-look cabinetry with inset doors.

What a lovely do-over, but if you think this is a small kitchen, we need to have a serious talk.

    Sincerely,

The owner of really small kitchen

Thanks! Can't see it in the photo, but there's a TV above the fridge that you can close off when you're not watching. The key to this project is efficient storage space. The wet bar is in what was once the pantry.
