Custom curtains for $20?! Yes, please!
For this project, I modified a queen sized sheet and stamped it with a wood block to make simple and chic curtains.
First, I asked my husband to cut a triangle shaped piece of wood for me. (Side note: I am slowly learning to use some power tools so I can do that type of thing myself. Baby steps!) Then I used my trusty staple gun to cover the blockt with an old t-shirt.
After carefully measuring and marking my guidelines, I used a combination of acrylic paint mixed with fabric medium as my "ink." I used a plastic spoon to spread the paint around and give each stamp a unique look.
Fabric stamping is becoming my new favorite decorating trick (a very close second to spray paint)!

Also - I would like to note that this project was inspired by a wall that Mandi at Vintage Revivals did. If you like the look of these curtains, you'll love the work Mandi does! I just like to give credit where credit is due :)
