If you do the caulking right, the hand brushing will last a long tome. Brushes push paint into nooks and crannies and give a woodgrain like texture if stroked the same direction as the product applied over. Nice job, it looks like a professional job from where I sit! Best wishes, JL

I learned to paint with a brush....my dad taught me as his dad taught him....still do all my exteriors that way....hand wash them with scrub brushes and hand paint with premium paint like Duration....nice work Cassandra!
