Rustic Baking Sign
I love a great sign for the kitchen! The latest sign I created has a baking theme. It's rustic character paired with shabby white chalk paint make it a great display piece for any kitchen!
Measure. Mix. Bake. Sprinkle. Painted on rustic-looking wood.
This wood started out pretty new looking. But after brushing it with steel wool-soaked vinegar, it appears nice and old!
A light coat of paint for the letters make the lettering appear old without any sanding.
I use a vinyl stencil for the lettering on my signs. Hand-lettering is a wonderful art form, but not one I'm very good at! :)
