Cheap Cabinet Stand Re-Do
by

(IC: homeowner)
This was my first time working with chalk paint so I wanted to get a "feel" for it before trying anything big. We needed nightstands for our guest room. I found these cabinets at a thrift store for $5.00 each. I'm actually very pleased with the way they turned out and I'm now a new chalk paint fan.
Took it all apart for easier sanding and painting.
Bought an unfinished crate at Michaels and painted it white. The crates cost more than the cabinets did, lol. This guest room also doubles as our grandaughters room when she's with us. The whole room is "girly-chabby-chic. Yellow, pastel pink, soft gray and white
