Wheelbarrow Water Garden

I used an old wheelbarrow to make a water garden in a spot where I couldn't dig. An old hand pump, clay pots and some rusty tools provided the finishing touches. What a lovely display! I love the blue lattice background and the mix of plants with the old pump. Very clever idea!!

Thanks so much, Dee! The lattice and wheelbarrow water garden were an attempt at hiding the AC unit!

How do you keep the water from rusting out the wheelbarrow?

I sealed it with clear marine sealer (like you put on boats). My Dad had some left over and shared it with me.
