How to add a pop of color to your HOT summer garden

My garden is basically hot and green right now with not a lot of color. To give it a little pop, I used a can of Spa Blue spray paint, a bunch of Brown Eyed Susan's and a picnic basket . Wonderful way to cheer up the garden! For more details see http://topthistopthat.blogspot.com/2012/08/h...

Where did you find this stunning bike? Is it a real one or just an ornament? Darling idea and it turned out beautiful.

Laura, that's absolutely adorable! The new color, basket and flower choices are absolutely perfection!

Jeannette, I Googled to see where Laura may have found it, there are many planter bikes out there, but this is the prettiest. I found it on another blog who said they found it at Tues Morn... store three years ago.

I got the bike- which is a plant stand at a store that is no longer open called the Pottery a few years back. It has been a multitude of colors depending on the season. Be on the look our for a seasonal color change in a few months! :)
