DIY Trumeau Floor Mirror

Mirrors can be expensive. Especially really tall decorative mirrors. That's why we chose to create our own floor to ceiling trumeau mirror using half a sheet of plywood, moulding and paint we had on hand, and an ikea mirror. With basic wood working tools you can create a spectacular mirror of your own!

I read thru the whole tutorial. So thorough and good step by step directions. I even bookmarked it for future reference. I've wanted one of these mirrors as well and also didn't know why they were named trumeau. Love the part where your husband is using the shop vac, my husband does the same thing. Even if we are going to make another mess, he cleans up in between! Cute! Your mirror turned out beautiful!
