My Pine Kitchen Redo

After retirement we wanted to remodel our boring pine kitchen, but didn' want to tear out all of our solid wood cabinets! So I had my island taken out and a new beadboard island built with stainless top and a microwave drawer. I removed our microwave over the stove and had a wooden vent-a-hood built and a curio coffee garage added on the end of my cabinets with ball legs, also put in glass doors ooden vent-a-hood built and a curio coffee garage added on the end of my cabinets with ball legs, also put in glass in some of my doors. The only part we tore out was my sink section and I put on a copper farm sink, raised some cabinets and had a plate rack built under, painted that section black , leaving some pine. The bottom section I had them build it to look like the old style cabinets on legs.My bar I had covered in beadboard and corbals and had that fauxed.Added granite and new backsplash, fake timber in my opening and a french door into my laundry-office.I had so much fun pulling it all together!!
