We kinda oohed and yucked over your list. Topping our favorites were cake and fruit, although there was some cringing at watermelon. Gave me a few ideas for our Sunday meal, thanks and I'll let you know what I chose and how it was received.

I never thought about grilling cake, but my mom used to slice store-bought pound cake, spread one side with butter and brown under the broiler, then top with strawberries and whipped cream - yummy. I'll pass on the watermelon - I love cold watermelon with salt and I just can't imagine messing with perfection.

Well I have to say Sunday dinner was gooood! I grilled the entire meal which consisted of sweet potato slices, romaine letuce with grape tomatoes, and chicken. Everyone ate and enjoyed the sweet potatoes, but the lettuce not so much alhough it looked really pretty and I didn't mind it. For dessert I grilled peach halves and drizzled with butter/brown sugar before serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
