DIY A Scrap Wood Trellis

I needed a quick, easy, and cheap solution to my growing snap peas that were setting atop my garden dresser. I used old wood from a neighbor's torn down fence, some chicken wire and paint to create a cute and functional piece which has added a fun element to my garden.

You will find it works very well for you too Kim. I have used the same idea for a Jasmine trellis, only using hog wire and pressure treated 2x1's. Yours is far more decorative than mine, since you painted yours a added a quote. Very handsome!

That looks great, Kim. The black frame really sets off the plants.
