Like Clip

Refinished 100 year old hardwood flooring

After tearing up the wood flooring in our dining room, we planed, cleaned, relaid, sanded and sealed the floor. We are so happy with the results! It makes the room brighter and so much more attractive.

    We just rented ours from a hardware store like Lowes or Menards or Ace. Several places keep them on hand and have the sandpaper to go with it.

    now you know why we recommend a solid wood flooring and not laminate or vinyl.... Solid wood flooring you can sand and it is brandnew again!

    I want to do this in our home.. hardwood throughout, it likes as if they were never sealed. Wonder if I have it in myself to do it alone.. hhmmm BTW your floors look great!
