DIY Sisal Hanging Lamp- $15
This was messy but easy and so much cheaper than purchasing a lamp. You could use any size balloon or ball to make this as small or large as fits your needs. I kinda wish mine was larger, but I still love the look. I purchased a hanging lamp kit fro Cost Plus World Market and the other ingredients were hanging our in my craft cabinet.
