A Romantic Antique Writing Table and Chair Makeover
This wonderful old writing table was a real beauty to begin with. But now, with a chalk paint makeover and a new matching chair, she's simply gorgeous!
The table, with it's cute little slide-out writing area, was such a neat find!
On the left here, you see the table before it's makeover.
Great legs and curved crossbars give this piece some wonderful detail!
The details on the front make this table even more interesting.
Using CeCe Caldwell's Beckley Coal on the top, and American Paint Company's Homeplate and treasure Box on the sides, I gave this wonderful antique a romantic, delicate makeover to match it's original charm!
Then I painted an antique chair I'd found at another garage sale to match for a perfect pairing!
