    I cleared up my kitchen last year by taking a water bottle and slicing off the top (about an inch or two down), inverting it into the bottle, securing it with tape. Add some vinegar. They fly in but can't get back out.

    Well we've been talking about spiders - twice as a matter of fact, and dragonflies and now fruit flies!! My night is complete!! LOL

    If I had to hazard a guess about what type of vinegar I would think apple cider just because it's basically apple cider taken to the next level. Anyone???
