New Life for My Old Dining Room Table

Unwilling to spend a ton of money for a new table, I took the ugly one we had and sanded and painted it - it is now simply gorgeous!
I sanded it with my Roybi sander, wiped it off very well, then primed it with Kilz in the spray can.
Then, the following weekend I used my brand new Homeright paint sprayer to paint it using a color-matched Sherwin Williams Pro-Choice oil-based paint - waiting a good 24 hours in between painting each coat. (Two coats total)

We love the way it turned out. The table is laminate so I wasn't sure how well painting it would work. The finish seems hard and sturdy. We still need to paint the two large leafs that make the table extend to seat 10-12 people.. but for now we are super happy with it!
