I have used this product - the floors always look beautiful. But be sure to get up every piece of dirt, etc., or it is embedded in the finish. Also, sometimes the finish builds up in the corners and edges of the room - it's a pain to get it off.

You are right, I have been using this product for over a year now, my 60 year old hardwood floors look good, they also have a quick shine product for stone floors it is also very effective.
