Cleaning & Organization: Cleaning hardwood floors naturally

I'm looking for a homemade solution to clean hardwood floors. All suggestions welcome! Thank you.

and I still say wwood and water do not mix. Unless your wood floors are really sealed you ...»
should not use water. ask any good craftsman that lays good wood floors and they will tell you the same eventially the water will cause the floor to split,discolor,think rings on your wood tables or a grand piano.

I made this headboard about 10 years ago and covered it in the dark print fabric that is now the large pillows on the

bed. I recovered it with a twin bed coverlet that I had. I like it better because it lightened up the room. The best part is it cost nothing!

Gardening: Can anyone tell me this "plant's" id?

We had a load of soil brought in when we filled in our pool last year. This plant/weed? is growing in several places where the new lawn will be put. I kind of like it fot it's oddness - unusual form. This is the smallest one of 3 plants that have come up so far. thankks in advance

We re-did our whole house a few years ago to make it accessible to our son after he had a ...»
stroke and a heart transplant. We added an elevator, gym, and several (5) accessible bathrooms. His has a large roll in shower and the sinks are automatic. We also put in a bidet in that bathroom for his private use. I have some pictures on my blog or feel free to email me if you'd like to see anything or ask any questions.
