DIY No-Sew Zippered Pillow Cover

$10
1 Day
Easy
I don't have a lot of time as a busy mom to two little boys, but I wanted some new pillows for fall. I decided to try making my own on the cheap using thrifted napkins and fabric glue!
I bought my zipper at Walmart, and both napkins and the feather pillow insert at the thrift store. This project only cost me about $10!
All you need is two napkins, permanent fabric glue, and a zipper to fit your napkins! I picked up these Dwell Studio for Target napkins at the thrift store for just a couple bucks.
Squirt a line of glue onto one side of the zipper, line up the napkin edge with the zipper and press down firmly.
Repeat for the other side of the zipper. Let it sit and dry for a few hours or as long as your glue instructions suggest.
When it's dry, glue all the edges together except for the zipper. You may have to put something on top of it in places to hold the fabric together while it dries.
Make sure the glue is holding and then stuff with your pillow insert!
Super easy fall pillow with minimal work involved for this busy mama! It may take a day to finish but most of the time involved is just waiting for the glue to dry. Do a little at a time while going about your day!
