Design & Décor Living & Dining Room Painting

My Favorite Place in the House

I am blessed with a beautiful home so I have many areas I love. But just now, I am in love with my new dining room! It was red for many years and even though NO ONE wanted me to paint it, everyone loves the new change!

This is a leaded glass window we had made just for this spot. I love this area the best. The sideboard is the first "real" piece of nice furniture we ever bought.......

Nicely done...the new color is pretty smooth on the palette...which is good for a dining room..

Very nice change in color Lorraine. I especially love the stained furniture. It brings the room to life.

Very sophisticated and elegant. Please tell me this is wall paper and you didn't stencil the entire room.

Putting a soft and low contrast pattern on the walls really warms up this space. . . good job.
